Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

You can exchange your purchase for something else, or we can offer you a gift voucher.

We will provide a full refund provided the item is in its original condition (excluding shipping costs).

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Custom orders, items on sale and gift vouchers are all considered final sale and are not subject to exchanges or refunds.
