What is your refund / return policy?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do and this is done on a custom basis. Please contact us for further information. Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply and your order may be subject to country taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Five to seven working days.


Can you do express / overnight delivery? 

Yes, please contact us before you place your order so that we can get your package to you as fast as possible.


Can I collect my order?

Yes, you can collect from my studio in Woodstock, Cape Town. Please contact us to arrange a time.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, for orders over R500.00 within South Africa.


What if the item I want is out of stock?

We’re always restocking our products and updating our website. Contact us and we’ll notify you once it’s back in stock.

Can I visit your studio?

Do you have a retail store?

Yes, you can visit my studio in Woodstock where I have my pieces for sale. Please contact us to arrange a visit.


Where are your pieces made?

Everything is locally made in Cape Town, South Africa in my studio in Woodstock.

I saw a piece on Instagram that I love but cannot find it in your store – where can I find more details?

Some items are custom pieces and therefore not always in stock in the store. If there is a specific piece that you are interested in, I do make items to order. Please contact us for more information.

Do you make custom designs, and do you offer a design / product development service?

Yes. I do a lot of custom work and work closely with architects, interior designers and businesses wanting to develop a unique product such as custom lighting or a custom planter for a special plant. I also provide custom products for individuals. Please contact us to start the process.


I want to arrange a ceramics experience for a special occasion. Can I book a custom workshop?

Yes. I can tailor a ceramics experience/ workshop for you for various occasions like birthdays, bachelorettes and team building functions and I have a beautiful venue for these occasions.  Please contact us with your requirements.


Do you have a catalogue?

Yes. I have a planter catalogue and a portfolio of previous projects. Please contact us to request. 


What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can make it right.


How do I care for or clean my item?

Keep your items clean by dusting them regularly. If further cleaning is required use a clean damp sponge.
